All our products are sold based on a quote and order confirmation. Here you can find information about ordering, pricing, payment, and warranty.

Ordering and Quotation

You submit a request for a quote through our website or contact us or our reseller directly. We will then provide a personalized quotation. The order is confirmed only after you have approved the quote.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted including VAT for private individuals and may vary depending on size, accessories, and mooring. Payment is made by invoice, usually within 15 days after delivery for private individuals, or according to a specific agreement stated in the quotation. Local variations may apply depending on your country of residence and the selected reseller.

Complaints and Warranty

EasyFloat® Floating Docks: 5-year functional warranty ensuring that the dock’s weight capacity and buoyancy remain uncompromised during the first 5 years.

Accessories: 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, neglect, misuse, abnormal use, or improper installation/maintenance. Customers must always contact us in writing before taking any action. If the customer attempts to remedy defects without consulting us, we are not responsible for consequential damage or additional costs. In addition to the warranty, the buyer’s rights under the Consumer Sales Act apply. Local variations may occur depending on country and retailer.
